The pool was fantastic,, warm and welcoming. The staff provided top-notch service, ensuring my stay was memorable.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired,, with outdated furnishings and unwelcoming hallways.

The pool area was clean and inviting. Had a little fun time with my kids there! We also enjoyed the spacious Premium Room with Two Double Beds – very roomy. Felt right at home!

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a Room with Two Double Beds. The hotel was well-kept, and my room was always clean upon returning, which was a big plus. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing local restaurant recommendations that were spot on. However, the breakfast options could use improvement as they lacked variety and quality.

Just a nice choice for a stopover in Sudbury with value for money. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and was a good deal. Make sure to check the parking options ahead of time.

A friendly staff greeted us, and we appreciated their help during our stay, especially in a somewhat chaotic environment with disruptive guests. However, the room was lacking. it felt outdated and showed signs of wear, particularly the dirty furniture and rusty lamps. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection, including enjoyable yogurts. Despite the positives, cleanliness and maintenance issues were significant downsides that detracted from the experience.

A Memorable Family Stay with Attentive Service

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious room with two double beds. The kids loved the indoor pool, although it was cold. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience enjoyable. Don't miss the breakfast buffet—more options would make it even better!

The hotel is conveniently connected to a small mall, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. The rooms are modern, well-maintained, and clean, making for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my first night went south when the pull-out bed was filthy, filled with hair and food. After requesting cleaning, we returned to find it untouched. The air conditioning didn’t work either, forcing us to move to a different room at 11 PM. Their kitchen closed early, and we had to order takeout instead of enjoying a proper meal at their restaurant. Also, the hotel decor felt a bit outdated, and breakfast options could use some variety.

A comfortable stay but lacking service

However, I struggled with poor customer service when I needed more towels. it took several requests before I received any.
